Thanks again to KuppingerCole for this great European Identity Conference in Munich last week! And thanks to everybody who has listened to my presentation that of course was something off the beaten track in this conference context. Just remember the main statement: large tech development is nothing without social feedback beyond simple usability or interface design thoughts (a.k.a. holistic social feedback). That means: Identity Management (IDM) is nothing if its not extended to Socio-technical IDM.
